At Lucia we want you to be happy with your purchase. However if your goods do not meet with your satisfaction, please return your item to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange minus postage fees. We can only offer refunds for goods that are returned within 14 days, otherwise an exchange may be offered. Please obtain a proof of postage for tracking purposes.
Returned items must be unused and returned with any packaging and all original tags still attached to the item. Earrings are non-refundable, please do not send earrings back as they will not be refunded.
All Sale items purchased are non-returnable.

Items Dispatched in Error
In the event that an item is dispatched in error through no fault of the customer, please email us within 7 working days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item.
